Spinal subdural abscess is the pus collection at the spinal canal, inside the thecal sac, it is very rare but very serious condition, it may result from complication of recent surgical intervention, or post-meningitis. The main presentation is a focal neurological deficit and constitutional symptoms of infection, like fever, rigor, neck stiffness, photophobia and focal neurological deficit.
